The dispute reportedly emerged over the clamping of Chiwanza's car in the central business district (CBD), where he was asked to pay a fee of $70. Sources indicate that the altercation took place on the 8th of November between Chiwanza and the municipality officer, whose identity has not been disclosed at this time. The confrontation escalated, leading to drastic consequences that no one could have foreseen.
