The dispute reportedly emerged over the clamping of Chiwanza's car in the central business district (CBD), where he was asked to pay a fee of $70. Sources indicate that the altercation took place on the 8th of November between Chiwanza and the municipality officer, whose identity has not been disclosed at this time.
