Mutare, Zimbabwe - In a devastating turn of events, local photographer Innocent Chiwanza has lost his life following a heated argument with a Mutare Municipality officer. The dispute reportedly emerged over the clamping of Chiwanza's car in the central business district (CBD), where he was asked to pay a fee of $70.

Sources indicate that the altercation took place on the 8th of November between Chiwanza and the municipality officer, whose identity has not been disclosed at this time.
